Right of Withdrawal

The short version: because the files are available immediately after payment, the right of withdrawal expires once performance begins. That is why your express consent is requested during checkout — without that tick there is no instant download. This is a convenience translation; the German version prevails.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of conclusion of the contract.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract:

You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not mandatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

Early expiry of the right of withdrawal

For a contract for the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, the right of withdrawal expires if

we have begun performance of the contract,
you have expressly consented to us beginning performance before the withdrawal period has expired,
you have acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal by giving that consent, and
we have provided you with a confirmation of the contract.

We obtain this consent and acknowledgement during checkout via two separate tick boxes, immediately before the “Buy now” button. We record the time of your consent with the order.
